Engagement Photography – Randy and Tammy at Abram’s Creek Wetlands, Winchester, VA

Location and Date: Abram’s Creek Wetlands Preserve, Winchester, VA

The Details: Randy and Tammy are getting married in April, but they really wanted to do an engagement session before the wedding (something I absolutely supported!). When they suggested the Abram’s Creek Wetlands as a location for the shoot, my initial thought was “where?!”. This wetland preserve, which I knew little about, turned out to be one of my favorite venues for a shoot yet. It was full of visual character with a pond, railroad tracks, a private, pristine yard we were allowed access to, among several other memorable features.

The Testimonial: “We viewed the photos and LOVE them! Now we are even more excited to see how our wedding photos will turn out.” – Tammy

  1. Very attractive couple; many great shots of them; unique idea to do it at a wetlands preserve (I worked in wetlands delineation years ago).
